Analytische verificatie van de Lumipulse en Architect 25(OH) vitamine D-assays in verschillende patiëntengroepen

Van de 25-hydroxyvitamine D (25(OH)D)-bepaling is bekend dat deze niet eenvoudig is. In deze studie worden recent geïntroduceerde gestandaardiseerde automatische immunochemische 25(OH)D-methodes (Architect en Lumipulse) vergeleken met een routine immunoassay (Elecsys®) en met een isotope dilution/online solid-phase extraction liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (ID-XLC-MS/MS)-methode.
